1 ekor ayam kampung - di potong 12 dalm 1kg lebih je berat ayam tu

1 Biji betik muda - di dadu

250 gm Serbuk kari

300 gm Bawang besar yang segar - Dikisar

100gm Bawang putih - Dikisar

3 cm halia - Dikisar

150 gm Kerisik

1 litter Santan

3 keping asam gelugur

Sedikit rempah 4 sekawan

1 Tangkai daun Kari

Garam secukup rasa

Minyak untuk menumis


Cara Menyediakan


1 Tumis bahan yang dikisar dan semua rempah ratus sehingga garing dan wangi
2. Masukkan ayam dan gaul sehingga rata, masak sehingga 10 minit atau 15 minit
3. Masukkan santan, kerisik, betik muda , garam dan masak sehingga ayam empuk dan kuah agak kepekatan.
4. Hidang bersama nasi ataupun lemang dan jangan lupa senyuman yang manis

Nasi Lobak Merah

Bahan-bahan

1 kilo beras

3 batang lobak merah - DIPARUT

1  cawan jus LOBAK MERAH

300gm minyak sapi

5 Ulas bawang kecil - DIHIRIS

3cm Halia - di mayang

1 batang kulit kayu manis

1 tangkai daun kari

2 helai daun pandan

Sedikit buah gajus - Di goreng

Garam secukup rasa

Daun sup - Dihiris

Sedikit bawang Goreng

200 ml air rebusan ayam

Cara Menyediakan

1. Panaskan Minyak sapi dan tumis bawang, halia rempah ratus daun kari sehingga warna  keperangan
2. Masukkan beras , lobak merah yang di parut dan gaul rata.
3. Masukkan jus lobak merah dan air rebusan ayam secukupnya dan tanak nasi seperti biasa.
4. Apabila nasi sudah kering, taburkan daun sup, bawang goreng dan gajus tadi
5. Hidangkan bersama lauk pauk kegemaran anda dan sebuah senyuman yang manis
